Check results before you rely on them

Every result depends on the values you enter and on the rules and assumptions each tool page explains. A wrong or incomplete input gives a wrong result. Calculators show their working so you can check each step. Independently verify any result before you use it for a decision that matters.

The tools assist you; they do not replace professional advice, engineering judgment, regulatory requirements, official documentation, manufacturer or carrier requirements, or other authoritative sources. In particular:

• Business and GST calculators do arithmetic only. They are not tax or accounting advice. Confirm tax treatment, rates and figures with the official rules or your accountant.
• Civil and construction calculators give quantity estimates. They are not structural designs or certified bills of quantities. Local codes, site conditions, mix design, wastage and measurement rules vary — verify quantities before purchase or construction, and confirm them with a licensed engineer, architect or professional quantity surveyor.
• Logistics calculators give volume, weight and loading estimates. They are not freight quotes, stowage plans or load-safety calculations. Confirm rates, limits and loading plans with your carrier or freight forwarder.
• Export document generators prepare drafts. They do not file anything with customs, a courier, a bank or any government portal, and they are not legal, tax, customs or foreign-exchange compliance advice. Check final documents against the official requirements, and with your customs broker, accountant or bank, before you file or ship.
• Developer and data tools follow the published standards each page names. Check the output before you use it in production systems.
• PDF and image tools create new files in your browser. Keep your originals. Output can differ slightly between browsers, and very large, encrypted or damaged files may not process. Removing metadata from an image does not guarantee that every kind of hidden information is removed.

Some tools use built-in reference values, such as commonly published container and pallet dimensions and rounded unit-conversion factors.
