This page explains what happens to information when you use BeyondTheAI (beyondtheai.com). The site is operated by TANISHKA ONLINE, Delhi 110091, India (“we”, “us”). This page describes how the site works today. If that changes, we will update this page first, and the date above will change.

In short

• Every tool listed on the site today processes what you enter in your browser, on your own device. The numbers, text and files you enter into these tools, their file names and their results are not uploaded to us.
• There are no accounts, no advertising and no third-party trackers, and the site sends no analytics data.
• The site’s own code sets no cookies. It stores two small preferences in your browser’s local storage.
• Like every website, the site is delivered through a hosting provider that handles basic technical details of each request, such as your IP address.

What you enter into a tool

A tool page shows “Runs on your device” only when the tool declares no network use and its engine runs in your browser. Every tool listed on the site today meets that test. For these tools, the values you type, the text you paste and the files you choose are processed on your device and are not sent to us. When you download a result, it is created in your browser and saved directly to your device. What you enter is not kept after you leave or reload the page, with one exception described next.

Moving details from the invoice to the packing list. When you ask it to, the Export Commercial Invoice Generator passes selected details to the Export Packing List Generator in the part of the web address after the # sign. Browsers do not send that part of an address to the website’s server. The packing-list page reads the details once and immediately removes them from the address bar. Nothing is saved.

What your browser downloads from this site

When you use the site, your browser requests these files from this site:

• the pages themselves, with their styles, fonts, icons and images;
• the program code for each tool, including the code that runs in a background part of the page (a web worker);
• the list of tools used by search, when you use search.

These are ordinary requests to download files. They do not contain what you enter into a tool. The site’s security settings (its Content Security Policy) allow the pages to load scripts, styles, fonts, images and data only from this site itself, so scripts from other companies’ servers cannot run on its pages.

What the site stores in your browser

The site uses your browser’s local storage (not cookies) for two preferences:

These stay in your browser and are not sent to us. You can remove them at any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser settings. If your browser blocks local storage, the site still works but does not remember these preferences.

Cookies

The site’s own code sets no cookies. Our hosting and security provider, Cloudflare, may set a strictly necessary cookie in your browser when its security features are used to protect the site from abuse. We do not use cookies for advertising or tracking.

Analytics, advertising and tracking

The site’s code includes no analytics service, advertising, tracking pixels or session recording, sends no usage data, and we do not build profiles of visitors. If we ever add analytics, we will update this page first, and it will never include what you enter into a tool, file names, search text or results.

Hosting and server logs

The site is delivered by Cloudflare, Inc., which provides its hosting, content delivery and security. To deliver the pages and protect the site, Cloudflare processes technical information about each request, such as your IP address, your browser type, the address requested and the time, and may keep records of these requests. Cloudflare’s handling of this information is described in its own privacy policy. These requests never contain what you enter into a tool.

Children and young people

BeyondTheAI is a general-purpose set of utility and educational tools. It is not directed at children. Young people should use it with the supervision or consent of a parent or guardian where that applies to them.

Future changes

If we introduce a feature that changes what information is collected or how it is processed, such as user accounts, payments, cloud storage, analytics or marketing communications, we will update this page before that feature is switched on.

Your questions and choices

Because the tools do not send us what you enter, we hold no copy of it to show, correct or delete. You can clear the two stored preferences yourself at any time, as described above.
